Agistri island
The island of Agistri/ Angistri in Greece is a green forested island with beautiful sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. It is the least known of the Saronic islands and can easily be reached from Piraeus. Agistri is the perfect island for those that wish to take it easy, who want to avoid the crowds and fancy a peaceful relaxing holiday in a friendly environment. Agistri is also ideal for family holidays with its gently shelving sandy beaches and its inviting environment. The island is often described as the best kept
secret of the Saronic Gulf and only 8 minutes away from neighbouring island Aegina.

Beaches, sunbathing & swimming
There is a big variety of beaches on Agistri. You will find sandy, pebbly, crowded and quiet beaches. The beaches are located in Scala/ Skala, Milos/Megalochori, the area of Skliri (Nude beach of Halikiada), Mariza, Dragounera & Aponisos. In front of our hotel we have on the main sandy beach 20 umbrellas and 40 sun beds. All of them are for the use of our guests, free of charge.
Villages
Agistri island consists of four main villages: Scala/ Skala, Milos/ Megalochori, Limenaria and Metochi. There are 2 ports, one in Scala/ Skala and one in Milos.
Scala/ Skala is the more recently developed of the island resort and this is where most of Agistris visitors chose to stay at. The Oasis Scala Beach Hotel is ideally situated with its sandy beach right on your doorstep and with the Agistri island tavernas, cafes and bars situated along the coastal road only at a very short walk away.
